FBI Cyber — Private Sector Engagement

The FBI’s Cyber strategy is to impose cost on cyber adversaries around the world through our unique authorities and peerless investigative capabilities. Cultivating a network of collaborative and information-sharing partnerships is at the forefront of the FBI priorities.

Business and Industry: Partners in Our Cyber Mission

The success of that mission depends on partnerships — those we have and continue to build worldwide with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and the private sector. Our private sector partners play an integral role in defending against a cyber threat that no one agency can face alone.

In the last few years, we’ve seen a significant increase in cyberattacks against our private sector companies, critical infrastructure, and government agencies. With supply chain attacks, intellectual property theft, and ransomware attacks, the stakes could not be higher.

This portal is intended to facilitate reporting and information sharing among the private sector and intelligence agencies. If you are not a member of private industry and need to file a fraud or scam complaint, please utilize this form instead.
